Who Is to Preach?

After announcing that everyone who calls on the name of the Lord will be saved (Rom. 10:13), Paul pulls back the curtain to explain the mechanics of this glorious reality. Preachers preach Christ. Listeners hear Christ. Some believe Christ, and all who call upon the name of Christ are saved. Though we all have a role to preach by way of evangelism, Paul intends for local churches to send preachers to herald the good news in churches all around the world.
