Mount Vernon Baptist Church

Feed My Sheep is a one-day conference to equip and encourage church leaders in truth, leadership, and fellowship

For more than ten years, Feed My Sheep has sought to be a conference that is theologically rich and relationally warm. We live in a day and age where national denominations are riddled with controversy. We should work hard to reclaim fellowship through doctrinal unity, and it begins at the local level. Feed My Sheep is a humble attempt to reclaim such fellowship. It is not a conference about building bigger ministries but about leaning into our all-sufficient God in ministry. Ralph Turnbull put it well:

We may be perfectly sure that the one thing which we all know about the craft or mystery of the ministry is our sense of failure in it. The ideal allures us to ever-increasing attainment and the well which is deep is within every godly life, and daily we may keep on drinking from the living water of the Spirit. The cistern contains, but a fountain overflows. Here is the secret of divine affluence, being “filled with all the fulness of God.”

Join us, along with guest speakers Michael Lawrence of Hinson Baptist Church in Portland, OR, and Nathan Raynor of Christ Family Church in Dahlonega, GA, for FMS > Atlanta.
