Mount Vernon is currently in the process of recognizing and electing elders and deacons. As of October 10, 2010, the congregation overwhelmingly approved the proposed Constitution found below that will change the way our leadership is structured. This has been a conversation and work in progress for many years.
If this is all new to you, we would recommend that you read "Leadership in the Local Church" by Pastor Aaron. This was originally delivered as a sermon in the Summer of 2009.
