The triune God of the Bible is God of all nations. His kingdom is over all of His creation and over all peoples. Furthermore, the gospel calls people from all tribes and tongues and nations to repent and believe in Jesus Christ as the only means of salvation. It is to that end that Mount Vernon is committed to sending both our resources and members to the far reaches of the globe to share the gospel. We have developed four primary focus areas for our international missions strategies.

1. Unreached Tibetan people groups:Central Tibetan, Kham, and the Amdo.

2. Middle East and North Africa

3. Ukraine

4. Caribbean (Spanish speaking)

Mount Vernon is also a Southern Baptist church. Through our Cooperative Program and Lottie Moon Christmas giving, we support the missions of the International Mission Board.
